The ultimate in strength
Blue water sails are designed and manufactured to the highest standard to ensure that they survive even the most extreme conditions.  They have two rows of three step seam stitching with an additional row of zig-zag stitching between these two rows. The eyelets fitted are stainless steel with the extreme load eyelets being supported by webbing stitched to the sail passing through the eyelet. Extra corner reinforcing with strainers is standard.

Computer Designed and Laser Cut
Each sail is individually tailored to your boat, computer designed, laser cut and hand finished. This gives a high quality, highly repeatable sail.  Seams are sewn with two rows of three step stitching. If required, sail numbers and insignia can be supplied at an extra cost.  Battens and sail bags are all included in the price as standard.
