Lonton & Gray can supply all canvas work for your yacht, dinghy, sail or motor boat. 

We are able to manufacture canvassing to your exact design requirements. We can add your boat name, sail numbers or a logo as required.

Canvas work includes: Boom & cockpit covers, yacht bumpers, padded toe straps, nose cones, dock fenders, stack packs, internal spinnaker bags & genoa covers.

At the end of the sailing season

Lonton & Gray can perform routine maintenance on your sails - replace any damaged hanks/batons, repair any tears or nicks.

We can also arrange for them to be professionally cleaned.  Once your sails are ready we can either deliver them straight back to you or we can keep them in our sail loft until you’re ready to start sailing again.

Lonton & Gray are here for when your sails need that urgent repair.  We understand the importance of you not missing a race due to damage.

We can take your sails and replace just the affected panel, saving you the cost of a complete new sail.  We can also take existing sails and make improvements, such as adding more fullness.

Using our hi-tech laser cutter and computer design software we are able to offer a computer design and manufacture service for other sailmakers. 

We can computerise sail drawings, cut the panels, and add your logo/badge saving you the cost of outlaying money on expensive state of the art machinery.
